Body Harmony is built on rooibos, the South African red bush that is naturally caffeine free and rich in aspalathin, a flavonoid found almost nowhere else. Turmeric brings its anti-inflammatory work; cinnamon and nutmeg add warmth and settle blood sugar; black pepper makes the turmeric absorbable. Together it is a golden latte that puts you to bed.

Good to know
Is it caffeine free?
Completely. Rooibos is a herbal tea, not a true tea, and contains no caffeine at all.
Will it stain?
Turmeric stains — rinse your mug and frother straight after, and it will not.
Can I drink it in the morning?
You can, but Genmai Chai is the morning blend. Body Harmony is at its best in the evening.
Is it safe for children?
It is whole-food and caffeine free. As with any supplement, check with your paediatrician first.
How long does a tin last?
