Hydration for skin that doesn’t want oil.
Oily and congested skin is very often dehydrated as well — it just cannot take another rich layer. A hydrosol solves that: real hydration, no weight, nothing to sit in a pore.
Neroli and lemon balm are the clarifying, calming pair. It is the mist to reach for after extractions, or on any skin that arrives hot and reactive.

Before you treat
Assess skin condition and contraindications. These are single-botanical distillates with no added fragrance — confirm citrus and herb sensitivities with the client as you would any botanical.

Is this the same as a toner?
It is a true steam-distilled hydrosol — no alcohol, no water base, no added fragrance. It hydrates rather than strips.
Which hydrosol for which skin?
Lemon Balm + Neroli for oily, congested or reactive skin. Damask Rose for dry, mature or dehydrated skin.
Can I use it after extractions?
Yes — that is one of its best moments. It refreshes and calms before you move on to the mask.
Is there a retail version?
Yes. The same hydrosol is available in a retail size, so clients can continue at home with exactly what you used.
Is neroli photosensitizing?
This is a flower-water distillate rather than an expressed citrus peel oil. As always, review the full ingredient list with clients who have citrus sensitivities.
